All payments made towards investment plans, research services, or subscription plans are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
If an investor chooses to withdraw funds before the maturity period of an investment plan, only the principal amount invested will be returned. No interest, returns, or incentives will be paid for early withdrawal.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment. Transaction charges, taxes, or gateway fees, if any, shall be non-refundable.
